Board of Directors

Acting together within the due process and By-Laws of NAAE, Inc., the Board of Directors serves as the is the governance body responsible for the strategic direction, financial sustainability, and long-term integrity of the NAAE. The Board ensures that the association fulfills its mission, complies with all applicable federal recognition requirements and applicable regulations, maintains public trust, and carries out accreditation activities with independence, fairness, and consistency. Primary Board responsibilities include governance, fiduciary oversight, strategic leadership, and risk management.
